Emotional Literacy at work is a Human Performance program that focuses on the development of communication, rapport, leadership, mental health and empathy.  EQ at work will be delivered on site and in the following segments –

Communication and Rapport – Public speaking, body language, mindful communication and relationship building.

Leadership –  Motivation strategies, modelling, communication, rapport and calibration.

Mental Health – Wellness, mental illness, how mental health plays out in unique  ways and mental health strategies.

Empathy – Creative activities that develop the ability to step into the world of others.
